SCENE4 is an AI-driven creative platform that turns ordinary product photos into campaign-grade imagery and cinematic video content.
As used here, “personal data” means any information that identifies or could reasonably identify an individual.
Applicability:
This Policy applies to all personal data that we collect:
through the Sites and Services,
during the operation and improvement of our AI algorithms,
through customer support and marketing activities, and
from trusted third-party partners (e.g., Stripe, analytics tools).
This Policy does not apply to SCENE4 employees, candidates, or contractors.
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect legal or operational changes. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Policy.

Uploaded images, product photos, and inspiration files
Billing and payment details (processed via Stripe; we do not store full card data)

Metadata about generated Assets (time, resolution, model version)

3. How We Use Your Data

To provide and improve the Services, including processing image uploads, generating Assets, and maintaining quality.
To manage accounts and subscriptions, authenticate users, and process payments.
To communicate with you, including service notices, product updates, and promotional offers (you may opt out anytime).
To train and enhance our AI models using de-identified data to improve generation accuracy, style fidelity, and model performance.
To ensure legal compliance, resolve disputes, and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
For analytics and research to better understand user behavior and service trends.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
SCENE4 may share personal data only in the following circumstances:
With Service Providers: including Stripe (payments), hosting providers, analytics vendors, and customer-support tools. These parties act under contractual confidentiality obligations.
For Business Transfers: if SCENE4 undergoes a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may transfer as part of that transaction.
With Law Enforcement: when required by law, court order, or government authority.
With Your Consent: when you explicitly agree to data sharing (e.g., marketing collaborations).
We do not share your content or personal data with unrelated third parties for advertising purposes without your consent.

Generated content and AI training data: retained in de-identified form to improve model performance.
Analytics and logs: retained up to 24 months unless longer retention is required by law.

We employ industry-standard security measures, including encryption, firewalls, and access controls.
However, no method of online transmission or storage is 100 % secure. You acknowledge that you use the Services at your own risk.
8. Your Rights
8.1 For Hong Kong and Global Users
You have the right to:
access and obtain a copy of your personal data;
request correction of inaccurate information;
object to certain processing; and
withdraw consent (where applicable).

8.3 For California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

request disclosure of data collected, shared, or sold;
request deletion of their personal data;
opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of data (SCENE4 does not sell personal data);

SCENE4’s Services are not directed toward individuals under 18 years of age (or the digital-consent age in your jurisdiction).
